I had lateral osteotomy, silicone, and septal extension, but I really can’t give up on the shape ㅠㅠ The contracture is currently being suppressed with medication, but my nostrils are still visible, so whether it’s removal or revision, I want to make my nostrils show less. What should I do so I won’t regret it? Since I don’t know what I’d look like after complete removal, should I get complete removal first and, if I don’t like it, have surgery again then? Or should I just remove the silicone and capsule from the start, refine and correct the nasal tip, and go with the concept of a revision without an implant? If it were you, what do you think you’d do? ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
