What should I do so I won’t regret it? Since I don’t know what I’d look like after complete removal, should I get complete removal first and, if I don’t like it, have surgery again then? Or should I just remove the silicone and capsule from the start, refine and correct the nasal tip, and go with the concept of a revision without an implant?
