Sigh, I should have done the full removal all at once. I’m debating after removing the silicone. Can it return to my original nasal tip even if I remove only the ear cartilage? Can ear cartilage removal be done through a closed approach? There’s talk that if it’s done through a closed approach, it may not be removed cleanly and may damage the tissue more, and that if it’s removed through an open approach, the nasal tip may curl up… Is there anyone with experience?
