I have a septal extension, a support strut, and nasal tip work in my nose. If I remove them, will it droop a bit? My nose was originally droopy and also a bit long, but after surgery it became a bit shorter and upturned. I want to go back to having a droopy nose again, but I heard that if you remove it, usually it becomes shorter rather than lengthening and drooping. Is that true? I don't have inflammation or contracture
