Hello, I want nasal implant removal. My first surgery was in July 2010 with silicone and ear cartilage, but one year later I had side effects with the silicone showing through, and another clinic diagnosed that if things went wrong, the silicone could sink downward toward the base of my nose, so I had a second surgery in February 2013. For the second surgery, honestly, I don’t remember whether it was silicone or what material was used ㅜㅜ because I was too young at the time, and the only thing I know for sure is that autologous dermis was used. It has now been 10 years since my revision surgery…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
