I had cartilage suturing, a columellar strut, and septal extension surgery, and I’m planning to remove them after 6 months. I want to go back to my original nose as much as possibleㅠㅠ Especially, I hate the nostrils looking like 11 so much, and I want them to go back to being round like before. Is that possible?ㅠㅠ If anyone has done this, please answerㅠㅠ
