My nose has been operated on quite a lot. It’s been 2 months since surgery. Septal extension, septal strut, slight hump correction, silicone, bilateral osteotomy. My nose is too high, and when I pick my nose, I feel a foreign-body sensation from the protruding septum and have breathing issues, so I’m planning to have everything removed at 3 months. I’ll attach photos of my original nose. Would a nose like this have a high chance of becoming upturned? Also, could anyone who had septal extension give me some information? My self-esteem has dropped so much.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
