I really don’t know. It’s hard. I wanted full removal because I don’t want to feel anxious about my nose anymore. But at one clinic, they recommended leaving the nasal tip cartilage in, saying that if I do full removal, the nasal tip could lift up or droop. They said it would help hold the shape too, and honestly, it’s true that I’m tempted. My old nose shape wasn’t pretty, and I wonder if it might be okay if even a little cartilage supports the nasal tip. But if I remove the silicone, rearrange the cartilage, and leave it in the nasal tip, then the cartilage won’t show through the nasal tip little by little like it does now, right? I don’t know. It’s hard. I got flustered and couldn’t properly …
