For my first surgery, I had silicone and septal cartilage, and for revision surgery they suggested silicone, autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, and ear cartilage. Even if ear cartilage is placed on the nasal tip, can the nasal tip show through later…??

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
