I haven't done it yet, but while looking into it because I'm considering it, everyone says the columellar strut method is better. But the more I look into it, the less I see negative stories about struts, so I wanted to ask if there is anyone who had surgery using only the strut method and regrets it. There also aren't many reviews of strut surgery using septal cartilage. If anyone knows about this too, please leave a comment.
