I’m considering reducing the inner alar and nasal base by about 2 mm. When you look from the front, is the difference big? Some people say the nostrils become more visible from the front after doing it, and some say the nostril shape changes, but the doctor said about 2 mm is nothing to worry about, so I’m a little uneasy...
