The 3rd photo is before surgery, and the last one is after surgery. I had it done with ear cartilage and septal cartilage. If I remove it, will there be downward pulling of the columella from my original nose? In the first place I went for consultation, they said I’d need a septal support graft, but I want to remove as much as possible if I canㅜㅜ
