Contracture can happen even without implants

Today I went for a consultation at a clinic specializing in removal. Previously, right after my nose surgery, I said the stitches inside my nose were uncomfortable and asked what they were, but they said they were dissolvable stitches and that it was fine. In the end, it seems those caused inflammation. A pyogenic granuloma formed around the stitches, and they said they think inflammation developed, whether because of that or around the columella, and contracture occurred. I had absolutely no inflammatory symptoms, so this whole situation is so ridiculous. The conclusion is that I have no choice but to remove everything. Everyone, if you’re unsure whether it’s contracture, please go to another clinic quickly. Even if the stitches inside your nose feel scratchy and it seems minor, go to another clinic too. 6…
