Until just last weekend, I was thinking I didn’t need anything else and just wanted everything removed, but it felt urgent to figure out what my current condition is, and it seemed urgent to look into it, so I had a consultation the day before yesterday at a place that could see me as soon as possible. After seeing the director, my mentality is shakenㅠㅠ First of all, it’s been nearly 20 years since my surgery, and they said that back then they mostly just used silicone without separately manipulating the nasal tip cartilage or anything like that. So I do have one piece of silicone, about 2 mm, somewhere between an L-shape and a straight shape, placed in there, but the cartilage on one side of my nose is deviated and slightly visible inside the nostril, so they said to reinforce it using costal cartilage, and if the nasal bridge is bumpy …
