Hi. Like a fool, I knew absolutely nothing about cosmetic surgery, but I thought I should restore the right nasal bone that had been broken when I was young, so I just went straight to a plastic surgery clinic. The area where my nasal bone was broken was causing nasal congestion and making it hard to breathe.. As a result, I think I had bilateral osteotomies, correction of a deviated septum, nasal tip septal extension and columellar support, plus several other surgeries related to the nasal valve. The first-surgery clinic explained everything so vaguely.. I had a bad feeling then, and I guess I should have run away ㅠㅠ They recommended cosmetic surgery too, saying that surgery to raise the nasal tip would be effective for breathing better. For me, I thought it would be nice if my nose got a little higher, and I never imagined my overall image would change, so I said okay without thinking much of it. But then someone I had never seen before in my life was standing there.. When my natural appearance disappeared, I became depressed and had a mental breakdown, and on top of that, the hardness of the septum.. It was so painful that for 3 weeks all I thought about was dying.. I somehow held on until 2 weeks, then I must have searched like crazy only for removal. I got it removed one day before it had been 3 weeks. Before the removal, the manager from the first-surgery clinic contacted me to apologize. She said she knew very well that I had kept saying I did not want my face to change, that one month was too short so we should look at it over a longer period, and that it would get better going forward.. But for me, whether it got better or not, it was hard to accept my changed face. I liked my original face.. (The manager was still a humane person, so I feel too guilty to reveal the first-surgery clinic, sorry.. The rating in this community is really bad^^) Anyway, today I had the septal extension and all the support structures removed, and I seriously feel so relieved. I will absolutely never touch my face again. Maybe because I had osteotomies, the sides of my nose look sunken (they used to be smooth ㅠㅠ), and the overall image of my nose changed so it has become slightly hooked, but from now on I’m going to love myself.. Although it was late, I learned through this community about a clinic that is good at removal, and it helped me a lot. I don’t know how my nose shape will change further during the recovery period, but I liked the clinic that did the removal surgery because it felt clean and neat. If you originally did not want cosmetic surgery but were recommended it for functional reasons, and you now regret getting cosmetic surgery because you thought carelessly that it would be good if you could breathe better, I strongly recommend removal!!!! It costs more than the first surgery, but I’m satisfied... Everyone, may you receive lots of blessings and may everything go well for you♡♡♡
