Question about complete removal 1 month after surgery

It has been 1 month since surgery, and I am planning to remove my nose implants. I currently have 4 mm silicone on the nasal bridge, septal cartilage at the nasal tip, and costal cartilage, with correction of a crooked nose and osteotomy for a hump nose. I was going to do a complete removal, but the clinic said that since the septal cartilage is autologous cartilage, there will be no future side effects like inflammation, so how about leaving it in place with the shape in mind? If it is certain that the septal cartilage will not cause side effects in the future, I feel like it might be okay. Also, they said the nasal bridge will be lower than before because of the hump osteotomy. When I look at other posts, there are cases where they remove even all the septal cartilage and do cartilage repositioning…
