I’m not sure if they meant nose filler as fat grafting, but there’s a sunken area on my nose. Has anyone tried whether it can be done with fat grafting?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
