Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I had everything removed, but could this be an inverted-V deformity..?

Two months ago, when I had everything removed, the doctor said they would slightly rasp down the remaining hump. But once the major swelling went down, from the front, the nasal bridge looks uneven like a crooked nose, and from below, the shape of the protruding hump area looks like an inverted-V deformity, kind of like this. The doctor said it seems like scar tissue and gave me a scar tissue injection, but there isn’t much difference. But then again, the side profile is smooth. Did they simply shave too little of the hump, or did they touch the hump too much and cause an inverted-V deformity? Is there anyone here like me ㅜㅜ Ha, I’m stressed because it’s like this even after removal
