It's been about 3 months since removal. Recently, when I touch it, I sometimes get a tingling pain, and only one side feels uncomfortable. The inside of my nose also feels stuffy, and when I apply ointment with a cotton swab, should I call it swelling inside the nose... The two sides feel a bit different ㅠ I wonder if it's because it's the contracture period... I'm asking for opinions from people with experience ㅠㅠ Also, the hospital says it would be good to massage it, but do I absolutely have to? It hurts when I touch it, so I don't even want to mess with it ㅠㅠ
