Hello. I had my first rhinoplasty in a regional area 5 years ago, using silicone for the bridge and septal cartilage + ear cartilage for the nasal tip. Not long after, it became crooked and the nasal tip drooped, so I had revision surgery 1 year after the first surgery, but... nothing improved This time I have some time, so I’ve decided to get revision rhinoplasty. At Gangnam ㅁㅇㄷ Young Plastic Surgery, they recommended revision surgery using autologous rib cartilage. After reading various reviews, I’m scared,, and I’ve heard it hurts a lot, so since it’s a revision and I’m thinking of it as my last surgery, I’m posting because I really want to go somewhere that’s truly good!
