My nose was not originally low, but I got greedy and raised it too much. When I took off the splint and looked in the mirror, I thought, huh? But like everyone says, I firmly believed it was because of swelling, and that if you like it right after removing the splint, it means the surgery failed, so I held out. Now I am one month post-op, and the conclusion I reached is that I will somehow endure until 6 months and then absolutely get full removal removal removal. The reasons are discomfort, anxiety, image change, and dissatisfaction with the shape. At first I considered revision surgery to lower it, but during this short one month I took such a huge mental hit and had a reality check, so I decided I should just take everything out. People who undergo surgery multiple times...
