In 2022.02, I saw a lot of ads for “functional nose surgery,” and I also had some rhinitis, so I thought it would be nice if my nose got higher too. Without thinking too much, I went for a consultation and had surgery for a deviated septum, with 1-2 mm silicone inserted. Originally they were going to use ear cartilage for the nasal tip, but before surgery they suggested using septal cartilage, so that’s what was used.
But it seemed like my nose was gradually becoming crooked, and now it’s so crooked that it’s really noticeable, so I’m thinking of having everything removed. But my septum is probably weakened now and quite bent, so I’m worried whether my nose will still look very crooked even after removing the silicone. What should I do?
