Nose Re-Surgery

Revision surgery to lower a high nasal tip

3 years ago, I raised my nasal tip with ear cartilage, cartilage tying, and nasal septum, but it was too pointy and high, so I had all the ear cartilage removed. But it is still high and looks burdensome. Before surgery, my nose was on the high side, and people asked me if I had gotten nose surgery. I only wanted to improve the slight drooping of the nasal tip, but the nasal tip became too high. They said they removed all the ear cartilage, but when I touch it, there is something soft and high there. I don’t really know what it looks like inside my nose In this kind of case, can it be improved with revision surgery?
