My philtrum got really long, and even after 2 years it hasn't changed. Even when I smile, I can't smile in a way that shows my gums, on the upper-teeth side. Is there anyone like me? If I remove the nasal tip, will it go back? I honestly want to remove it and live with a piggy nose like before. Not being able to show my upper teeth is a really big issue. My philtrum got longer too, so I look so much older.
