It’s been about 2 and a half months since I had everything removed from my nose. My nasal tip is still hard, and from the front my nostrils are very visible too. My nose wasn’t originally upturned ㅜ For those who had removal a long time ago, is there a big difference in shape between the 3-month mark and now, or does it stay the same? I hope the nasal tip comes down more quickly and becomes more natural… ㅜㅜ Since some people asked in the comments, I had no silicone and no implant; I had septal extension, columellar strut support, and nasal tip surgery. I pursue an extremely, extremely, extremely natural look, but the nasal tip is hard and fixed, so when I smile, talk, or make facial expressions, it looks unnatural…
