I had everything in my nose completely removed through total removal, but if I try to have surgery again after 1 year, is that a primary surgery or revision surgery?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
