I had surgery 8 years ago, so I don’t remember exactly how many millimeters of silicone were placed. I think septal cartilage was used for the nasal tip, and the tip is pointy with a high starting point, so it looks like a chalk-stick nose and stresses me out. I want to remove the silicone in my nasal bridge and have revision surgery on the nasal tip at the same time. Are ㅇㄷㅇㅇㅇ, ㅅㅅㅇ, and ㅊㅁ okay? I want it to look natural, and please tell me more clinics too ㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
