Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Raised my bridge with dermis + tied and raised the nasal tip with ear cartilage.

About 10 years ago, because of severe contracture, I had my nasal bridge raised with dermis and my nasal tip tied and raised with ear cartilage. The clinic said that reoperating on a contracted nose and making it this long again was a very successful surgery, but my nose was so, so long that I looked like a different person. People had trouble recognizing me. I then had another surgery at a different clinic to reduce only the nasal tip. I lived well for a while. Now, after another 10 or so years have passed, as I’ve aged, my skin has become thinner overall and the dermis has also been absorbed, so the middle of my nasal tip, coming down from the bridge, has become sunken and hollowed out.
