I’ve decided to get revision rhinoplasty after 10 years If I get it this time, it’ll be my 4th surgery About 10 years ago, I had revision surgery at O&Young, and even back then, most clinics in Gangnam refused to operate, saying my contracted nose was small and difficult After barely managing to get surgery using my own rib cartilage and ear cartilage, a few months later the tip of my nose turned red? They urgently removed everything just from the nasal tip, and my nose became short again. It was a little better than the first contracted nose though.. Maybe because rib cartilage has a tendency to warp, it looked a bit crooked, so I asked about it and was told that my face itself is asymmetrical, so it can’t be fixed?; that’s what they said??!? The pinched look on one side of my nose didn’t go away, so I asked again, and they said the only option was to keep adding AlloDerm? autologous dermis? but it gets absorbed, so I’d need to keep touching it up or something like that..?
Anyway, I’m preparing for my 4th surgery after 10 years and I’m really torn between two places right now: The Hada and Byjun.. A small, short nose.. a nose that had contracture before.. a nose that has already been operated on using my own rib cartilage…. Can it turn out well? Which place would be better From the front, my nostrils show too much, and I want to lower the nasal tip and have a human-looking nose..
