I don't have any side effects, but I feel like the silicone looks obvious, so I'm thinking about removing it. I didn't do the nasal tip. Can even a closed surgery to remove silicone have side effects, like the nose lifting up or things like that? And usually, isn't it safer to remove the entire capsule too? I think I saw somewhere that they leave the capsule and maintain a height somewhere between the original nose and the operated nose
