I had surgery on May 21, and almost every night when I sleep, it feels like my nose is swelling, but after a few hours it goes back to normal. Then this evening, I did a little bit of push-ups for the first time in months, and even though I tried as much as possible to keep blood from rushing to my face while doing them, the inside of my nose became a little hot. About 3 hours after that, I felt like my nasal tip was a little swollen or had clumped into a round shape, and I just woke up from sleep now, and because of that clumped feeling, my nasal tip has become a little shorter.
