Ha, I had removal done, and after taking out what had definitely made my nose too aggressively lifted, my nose did come down a bit more comfortably. But should I say the nasolabial angle came down in a state somewhat similar to a surgically operated nose? I think people whose natural nose was droopy are likely to have it droop again. And if the shape is extremely important to you, don’t get removal… If you do removal, a different kind of obsession can come. It may feel like all the stress you’re having from your current operated nose will end, but instead, a new complex can develop If it’s just psychological anxiety, I absolutely don’t recommend removal. If you really have foreign-body sensation or pain, I recommend removal. That does go away. But in exchange, you may become less attractive…
