I had scar tissue about the size of a booger inside the left side of my nose, so I got a triamcinolone injection. It won’t become bumpy, dented, or collapse, right? If the scar tissue doesn’t go down, can I get another injection?ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
