I don’t have any side effects, but because of anxiety about silicone + a slight foreign-body sensation I feel when I focus on it (psychological factor) + a deviated septum, I’m planning to get revision surgery without an implant.
I originally considered complete removal too, but my blunt/bulbous nasal tip was my concern in the first place, which is why I had surgery, so I feel like I’d regret removing everything completely I’m thinking of removing the silicone (2mm) and only reworking the nasal tip.
