What do you think? Isn't ear cartilage hard? After getting a septal extension, my nose seems a bit longer when viewed from above, and the airway on one side of my nose has become narrower. At 6 months, while removing the silicone from the nasal bridge, I'm thinking of cartilage repositioning? I want to revise the nasal tip again. How is ear cartilage for the nasal tip, everyone? Does it feel soft like my natural nose?
