Question after having nasal silicone for 20 years

If I get a CT scan of my nose, it shows calcification has progressed. I had a 1-shaped silicone implant placed on the nasal bridge, and the nasal tip is my own nose. But from posts here, I see people remove the silicone and have nasal tip cartilage repositioning. Since mine is a 1-shaped silicone implant, does nasal tip repositioning not matter in my case? At the hospital where I had a consultation, they took a CT and seemed to say there was no inflammation. They said it would be simple, that they could just remove the silicone through a closed approach without removing the capsule. But since my nose has had it for 20 years, is it really okay to remove only the silicone through a closed approach?ㅠㅠ The reason I want to remove it is that it doesn’t hurt, but there’s a feeling of pressure in my nose, just a kind of heavy feeling around my nose …
