I had rhinoplasty the first time using septal cartilage + cartilage, and I was told my cartilage was on the weaker side, so I was kind of anxious, but the shape looked okay, so I let it go,, But after about 2 years, maybe I was too greedy about the height.. my nasal tip started gradually drooping, you know? So I’m thinking about getting revision rhinoplasty again with autologous rib cartilage. What do you think of Gangnam Young, Yuno, and Private as hospitals that are good at this?
