Are a bulbous nose and droopy nose difficult to improve? This will be my second revision surgery?? I had rhinoplasty 7 years ago and revision surgery 4 years ago, but my nose has also become crooked, and the improvement in my bulbous nose and droopy nose wasn’t satisfactory, so I’m thinking of getting another rhinoplasty revision... Since I have to correct the crooked nose again anyway... this time I want to have surgery with a customized implant, so I booked consultations at one private clinic and one large clinic, ㄷㅇㅇ and ㅇㅂㅋ, since they’re known for customized implants. But in the comments, people also recommended ㅃㄹ, so I looked it up and it seemed good, so I’m thinking of getting a consultation there too!! If I want surgery with a 3D customized implant, is there anything specific I should ask during the consultation??
