I had nose surgery at ㅁㅍㄹㅅ 10 years ago, and it changed to a more masculine impression, so I’m thinking about removal. I had everything done, including osteotomy, silicone, support graft, cartilage gathering, nostril base reduction, and hump shaving. If I remove everything, will it be okay? I also have pulling in the nasal bridge when I smile, so I can’t smile well ㅜㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
