After removing silicone, I developed contracture

At the beginning of this year, when I only had silicone + ear cartilage, I had the silicone removed due to an inflammatory reaction and replaced it with donated dermis. The nasal tip was also refined a bit by adding septal cartilage. Maybe because the capsule wasn’t completely removed, and because I had surgery right away without any time for the inflammation to calm down, I started having an inflammatory reaction just 3 months after the revision surgery, and my nasal tip gradually began to turn upward. So I removed the donated dermis and left only my own cartilage. The capsule was completely removed too. But I don’t know if the inflammation had started in the cartilage, or if it had spread to the cartilage.. Even after removal, the septal area kept hurting. Now, almost 3 months after removal, it only hurts when my physical condition is bad, and the pain has mostly disappeared in daily life. But from 3 weeks after removal, my nasal tip and columella started disappearing and gradually turning upward, and it’s still turning upward.. I also have discomfort between my eyebrows, and when it’s severe, I don’t know if the inside of my nose is contracting or what, but I can’t even put my finger deep into my nostril and I can’t breathe. I thought maybe it was the contraction phase, but seeing as it has been turning upward nonstop for 2 months since week 3 with no sign of coming down, I think it’s contracture. So I’m planning to wait 6 months and have revision surgery. Would it be okay to remove all the materials currently in my nasal tip + use autologous dermis for the bridge + autologous rib cartilage for the nasal tip..? I just really hope contracture doesn’t come back again.. I’m also really worried about using autologous dermis for the bridge. Is it really an okay material?? If there’s even the slightest risk of contracture, I’m thinking of just giving up on the bridgeㅜ Those of you who’ve had contracture,, please helpㅠ
