Shaving down the columella probably won’t be an issue, but lowering the columella has to be done while checking how much skin laxity there is, right? If I want it lowered a bit more but there isn’t enough extra skin, how would they say they’ll do the surgery...? Has anyone been to consultations for revision rhinoplasty at Muㄷㅇ, Saeㄱ, or Topㅍㅇㅅ...?? This is seriously something I care a lot about ㅠ
