Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I’m going for a consultation to remove silicone, but what if I don’t really know the old surgical method?

I had a bulbous nose, so 18 years ago I only know that they shaved down the nasal bridge, used 3 mm silicone, and tied the nasal tip with cartilage from inside the nose. My nostrils were a bit uneven, so after 1 year they said they’d make a slight internal incision and adjust them again, but they were still uneven. I did it recklessly when I was young, without really looking into it, thinking anywhere in Apgujeong would be about the same, and I went in not knowing much. I didn’t like it, but I lived with it because there were no side effects. Now that I’m older, the silicone is showing through, so I want to remove it, but the hospital where I had the surgery is gone. I don’t know exactly how the surgery was done either, like whether they used a strut, did septal extension, and so on...
