I’m now 2 weeks post-op with autologous rib cartilage, and as the swelling goes down, my nose is getting longer and more pointed Is it true that the nasal tip comes down once the swelling subsides? Sigh. I keep looking up posts on forums every day, and if it stays like this, I feel like revision surgery is the only option. I had this surgery thinking it would really be my last one, but the nasal tip is too high, so it looks unnatural with my face, and I’m so depressed Does it really become natural-looking with time?
