I went to ㅇㄷㅇㅇㅇ and also to ㅇㅂㄹ, which isn't specialized in removal. Both said to remove only the silicone and make the nasal tip pretty. Would it be better to remove the silicone They say because my skin is thin, there is a limit to raising the nasal tip while the silicone is still in place.
