It's been 1 year since I had surgery using hump osteotomy and septal plus ear cartilage for the nasal tip. Starting around 6 months, when I took the elevator and looked in the mirror, it looked like something round was protruding. As I kept looking, that area seemed like the cartilage was protruding slightly in a round shape and showing through transparently white. Since it's my own face, after I became conscious of it I kept looking, and now I only see that area more. From a 45-degree angle or from the front, depending on the lighting, the protrusion is visible. After surgery, once I had recovered to some extent, when removing makeup or on a bare face, if I touched the nasal tip even slightly, it felt like the fine hairs were tingling…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
