Nose Re-Surgery

I’m suffering from septal perforation. Did the hospitals I went through really know nothing?

I really don’t know where things went wrong, so I’m asking. 1 First surgery: I visited a private ENT clinic because of nasal function issues and had functional nose surgery performed. Nasal bone osteotomy, deviated septum correction, inferior turbinate resection, and silicone for the nasal bridge. After the first surgery, I had a lot of blood crusting. A whistling sound and air-leaking sound developed from my nose. 2 Because of the above symptoms, I went to a nearby ENT clinic too, but was told there was no problem other than inflammation. 3 Second surgery: only the silicone was removed through a closed approach.
