If I wait 6 months and ask the same hospital to remove it, will they remove it? I’m really torn about whether to have it removed at the same hospital or at a hospital that specializes in removalㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
