I don’t like the shape of my bridge and nasal tip, so I’m thinking of getting revision surgery If it’s for reasons like that, what material is usually used?? This time I am looking into a straight-with-slight-curve nose, But it seems like costal cartilage is used a lot for revision surgeryㅜ Does it absolutely have to be costal cartilage? I’m also curious what is commonly used if not costal cartilage..
스마티문 For revision surgery, Director Kim Ji-hoon told me costal cartilage is usually used when all the ear cartilage has already been used + the support base is unstable... I used autologous costal cartilage too. I think checking the condition of your nose should come first
