The first one is a photo of my nostrils after the splint was removed from my first surgery, and the second one is a photo of my nostrils after this removal… They said 6 mm of silicone had been inserted, so I had it removed, and since the nasal tip had also been raised that much, I lowered it too. But why does the nostril angle seem the same? hahaㅠ They said the columella of the nasal tip should be left as is, so I kept the septal cartilage and asked them to remove only some of the donated costal cartilage. I’m so anxious there might be a step-off. My original nose had nostrils that were almost lying sideways. Will they come down together once the swelling goes down?
