My natural nose was slightly upturned, so 5 years ago I had surgery at a plastic surgery clinic in Sinsa, asking them to make it look really, really natural and not obvious. Recently, I felt like the tip of my nose might be drooping a bit, and it feels so hard that I got anxious, so I requested my surgical records. But in the records, it said they had performed an extension graft using donated costal cartilage.. But I was definitely only told that they would use a little bit of ear cartilage? Has anyone here had an experience like this...? It’s okay to use donated costal cartilage in the nasal tip, right? ㅠㅠ I’m so anxious

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
