I had rhinoplasty 2 years ago and liked it, but now my nasal tip has drooped a lot and it looks weird againㅠㅠ so I’m going to look into revision rhinoplasty! It seemed like my nose started gradually drooping at some point. They used ear cartilage during my first surgery, but in cases like this, do I need to use autologous rib cartilage for the revision to prevent the nasal tip from drooping?

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
